1. About Us

Orchid Sky Travel is a travel services provider offering travel packages, flights, hotels, visas, transfers, Umrah and related travel arrangements. We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and written confirmation is issued by Orchid Sky Travel.
The lead passenger is responsible for ensuring all traveller details are correct at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payments

Prices are subject to change due to availability, supplier costs, exchange rates, or government charges.
Full payment must be made by the deadline provided to secure the booking.
Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation without notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges vary depending on the supplier’s policy (airlines, hotels, visa authorities, transport providers).
Some bookings, including visas, flights, and promotional fares, may be non-refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after receiving confirmation from the supplier.
Orchid Sky Travel service fees are non-refundable.

5. Changes & Amendments

Any changes requested after confirmation (dates, names, hotels, flights) are subject to availability and additional charges.
Name changes may not be permitted by airlines or visa authorities.
Orchid Sky Travel is not responsible for costs arising from changes requested by the customer.

6. Visas & Travel Documents

Visa approval is the sole decision of the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
Orchid Sky Travel is not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or changes in immigration rules.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure passports are valid and travel documents are correct before departure.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, and loss of personal belongings.
Orchid Sky Travel is not liable for any losses where travel insurance has not been purchased.

8. Flights, Hotels & Third-Party Services

Orchid Sky Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and third party suppliers.
Airlines, hotels, and transport providers have their own terms and conditions, which also apply.
We are not responsible for schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by third parties.

9. Umrah & Religious Travel

Umrah packages are subject to Saudi government regulations and religious authority requirements.
Changes in Umrah policies, access restrictions, or visa rules are beyond our control.
Guided services, Ziyarah tours, and prayer arrangements are subject to availability.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information.
Any loss resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility.
Behaviour that causes disruption, damage, or legal issues may result in termination of services without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

Orchid Sky Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services booked through us.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government actions
Pandemics or health emergencies
Airline strikes or border closures

13. Complaints

Any complaints must be reported as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve them promptly.
Complaints after travel must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of Orchid Sky Travel.
Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
